Catch Your Breath catapulted themselves to the forefront of the rising music scene in 2022 with their breakthrough single "Dial Tone" which went utterly viral.

Members Josh Mowery (vocals), Teddy Herrera (guitar), Cianan Madigan (bass), and Onell Hernandez (drums) are bringing Catch Your Breath's refined blend of post-hardcore, hard rock, and metal influences to the ears of millions of fans worldwide.

Today, Catch Your Breath released their deluxe edition of 2023 album "Shame On Me" via Thriller Records. The expanded edition includes 4 new tracks including "Perfect World" ft. Ryan Oakes and the standout song, "Good In Goodbye". Following the appeal of the original album, the deluxe edition of "Shame On Me" showcases new music, an exciting sound evolution, and the band's distinct music style which is synonymous with infectious melodies and authentic emotion.

"Good In Goodbye" takes an inward glimpse at heartache, emptiness, feeling lost, and the emotions that follow the loss of a valued relationship. The song's equally relatable and touching meaning is captured with lyrics like "Maybe the scars you gave will make me strong one day."

Vocalist Josh Mowery explains the song's lyrical depth:

“This song is about the pain of acceptance, and the realization that some wounds are with you forever, and sometimes the best we can do to move on is find the Good In Goodbye. Through all the pain, what have we gained?”

Catch Your Breath delivers intricate production, expert vocal melodies, and impactful instrumentals in a diverse sound throughout "Shame On Me". While songs like "Dial Tone" and "My Confessions" exhibit the softer and enormously catchy sides of the band, Catch Your Breath isn't afraid of bringing out their extreme metal influences. "Cycles" and "Don't Go" stand out as some of the heaviest songs on the album, putting the crushing intensity of heavy metal alongside the band's melodic foundation. "Don't Go" even introduces an onslaught of unexpected djent-inspired guitar riffage that shows the band's musical diversity.

The 4-piece Texas act is bringing their robust sound to the main stage as they tour with massive names like Falling In Reverse, Breaking Benjamin, and Daughtry. Catch Your Breath is proving their success over and over as they unite fans across the globe with their meaningful lyrics and themes that explore the darkness of human emotion to help listeners come out on top with strengthened resolve.

Guitarist Teddy Herrera states:
