On a crisp, electric night at the Orlando Amphitheater, fans gathered for the final stop on Knocked Loose’s tour, rescheduled due to a hurricane. The air buzzed with anticipation as the lineup including Three Knee Deep, Militarie Gun, Counterparts, and Knocked Loose promised a night to remember.

Three Knee Deep

Three Knee Deep kicked things off with an intense burst of energy. The Tampa-based hardcore band brought their signature rawness, instantly whipping the crowd into a frenzy. Their gritty, metallic riffs and no-nonsense stage presence set the tone, with circle pits erupting early and often.

Militarie Gun

Next came Militarie Gun, delivering their unique blend of post-punk and hardcore. Their melodic yet aggressive sound offered a brief but captivating shift in energy. Frontman Ian Shelton’s charisma drew in even those unfamiliar with their discography, as the crowd swayed and headbanged to tracks like “Thought You Were Waving.”

Couterparts

Counterparts raised the emotional stakes, blending visceral heaviness with poignant melodies. Vocalist Brendan Murphy’s guttural screams and heartfelt lyricism resonated deeply. Tracks like “Bound to the Burn” hit hard, solidifying the Canadian band as a fan favorite.

Knocked Loose

Finally, Knocked Loose stormed the stage to a thunderous roar. Their ferocious set was a masterclass in controlled chaos. With Bryan Garris’s piercing screams leading the charge, the band delivered relentless breakdowns and unrelenting energy. Tracks like “Mistakes Like Fractures” and “God Knows” were pure catharsis, while “Counting Worms” unleashed an unforgettable call and response from the crowd.

The pit was a warzone, highlighted by their famous wall of death. Spinning, kicking, and thrashing with reckless abandon, the chaos was undeniable, but the camaraderie was palpable. Fans pulled each other up, literally and figuratively, as Knocked Loose delivered a powerful farewell to their tour.

The night was a testament to the resilience of the hardcore scene: a postponed date didn’t dampen the intensity; it amplified it.
