Song Review | "Here To Stay" - Ender
Ender released their latest single "Here To Stay" on December 8th. Starting with a bang, Ender blasts off with guitar screeches, harsh screams, guitar chugging, and rapid double bass drumming. "Here To Stay" has an excellent chorus that continues the band's aggressive sound but introduces melodic elements such as distant layered singing underneath explosive screams. Suddenly, Ender throws the listener into the midst of a violent down-tempo breakdown filled with dissonance and a blegh.
With "Here To Stay" Ender has formed a brutally heavy song that also contains a catchy chorus that stays true to the band's sound. After a final chorus, Ender drops into a crushing breakdown that gets progressively slower until fading out the song.
