"How to Stop a Nightmare" is a single off of LABELS 2022 album, "Brain Fragments". They describe themselves as a fuzzy neo-psych driven punk-rock band. An influence from punk/grunge bands such as Nirvana can definitely be heard, they fuse this classic sound with new modern indie and almost psychedelic styles. The song has fast, catchy guitar chord progressions with singing on top of it. "How to Stop a Nightmare" cuts out to just drums before leading into a more energetic instrumental piece.

This nearly 4-minute song is filled with dynamic instrumental sections and experimental sounds that add lots of variation to the track.
