The song quickly establishes a modern rap sound with rock influences that are present through distant guitar riffage. Infina displays a wide range of genres through their music, creating a varied and incredibly interesting discography of music. Mixing traditional rap vocals with a more pop-rock style chorus, Infina shows a diverse range of sounds within the short timeframe of "Red Flags" that creates a contrasted and distinct musical style.
A soaring guitar solo is layered with heavily distorted vocals creating a dark and ambient atmosphere that slowly fades out the song. Infina does an excellent job of forming complex, ambient soundscapes that create deep emotional reactions in listeners.
