Song Review | "A Grave In Heaven" - CZYK
Alternative Metalcore band from Phoenix, Arizona, CZYK released their latest track, "A Grave In Heaven" on June 9th. The 5-minute track starts off with aggressive chugging bright guitar melodies that soon transition to clean guitar and gentle singing vocals. CZYK uses an excellent buildup that creates excitement in the listener before exploding into a huge chorus filled with instrumental melody and sing-screaming vocals. "A Grave In Heaven" is an energetic metalcore track that is filled with vocal hooks and instrumentals that sway between heavy and clean. The song bursts into a brutal instrumental breakdown after a sample from Donnie Darko. The breadkown shifts back into a buildup with, piano and strings before launching into a final, stadium-worthy chorus.
