Sliding Doörs Release Stunning Music Video for "In The Darkness"
Forming in 2022 out of Cosenza, Italy, Sliding Doörs released their song "In The Darkness" and its accompanying music video on May 6th via their record label Underground Symphony. Filmed in Southern Italy in Calabria, the band's music video displays cinematic scenery and impressive drone shots, with film direction by the award-winning Patric Ullaeus. "In The Darkness" begins with dramatic orchestral strings and building drums before bursting into shredding guitar riffage. Powerful singing vocals from lead singer work alongside impactful drums, thumping bass, and emphasized guitar leads to create a complex and melodically tight sound. Filled with instrumental grooves and soaring vocals, Sliding Doörs create a sound that mixes classic heavy metal, power metal, and gothic hard rock/metal elements.
