Song Review | “St. Thomas’ Gate” - Nine Orders
Spotify: Nine Orders

Nine Orders debut single, "St. Thomas' Gate" is out now! The band, hailing from Sweden, has a sound that mixes groove, progressive rock, and classic rock. Nine Orders features melodic singing with layers of instruments that really accentuate the vocals and guitar. The guitar plays lower chords and chugging and there are brighter and much higher strings underneath it, really creating a sense of contrast and harmony.

In the song's chorus, the vocals go up an octave and are projected more, creating a powerful shift of energy. The song features a technical guitar solo that stands out, before going into a chorus and fading out with a very groovy instrumental run and a bending guitar note. Nine Orders has created a very catchy and progressive debut song that gives a display of their sound and leaves us waiting for more! Check out the song and stay tuned for a full-length album sometime this summer!
