The song starts with bright rhythm guitar chords and high lead riffage followed by building drums before bursting into mixed screaming and spoken vocals in a classic metalcore fashion. Circadia quickly introduces the chorus of "Eighty Five" filled with dynamic guitar melodies and belted singing vocals, creating an intensely melodic atmosphere.
Circadia jumps into an energetic guitar solo with brutally heavy guitar chugs in the background, mixing a guitar solo and breakdown together into one section. "Eighty Five" transitions into a bridge with ambient clean guitar, and gentle singing before slamming into the song's outro with group chanting and soaring technical guitar runs before fading out into clean guitar.
